How do I place an order?

Easy. Start by browsing the catalog and finding a rug that feels like you. Once you’ve found your vibe, send us a message. From there, we’ll guide you through the process — measuring your space, fine-tuning colours and details, and making sure everything fits just right. You choose, we make.


What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, all orders are handled personally. Once we’ve designed your rug together, we’ll share the payment details with you directly. Simple, clear, and no surprises along the way.

How long does shipping take?

Good things take time — and handmade rugs are no exception. Production takes around five weeks, followed by shipping to your doorstep. We’ll keep you updated throughout, so you always know when to clear space (and kick off your shoes).

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every LOOM rug is made especially for you — in your size, colours and details — returns or exchanges aren’t possible. That’s why we take the time upfront to design everything together, so it feels right from the start.

How can I track my order?

Once your rug is on its way, we’ll let you know. You’ll receive all the details you need to follow its journey — from our ateliers to its grand entrance into your home.
