We aim to deliver your rug within 4–6 weeks after placing your order. During busy periods or holidays, this may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed along the way. You'll receive regular updates on the status of your rug as it moves through the process.

Can I return my rug?

Because each rug is custom made in your chosen size and colour, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible. That's also why we take great care throughout the entire process to make sure every detail feels exactly right from the start.

Before any rug leaves our atelier, it is carefully inspected by our team to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Once approved, we package it with care and make sure it arrives safely at your home — ready to become part of your space for years to come.

How do I clean my rug and keep it looking its best?

Here's how to keep your LOOM rug looking its best:

— Vacuum gently with a flat nozzle.
— Avoid beater bars or hard brushes.
— Shedding is natural in the beginning and will reduce over time.
— Trim loose threads carefully instead of pulling them.
— Blot stains immediately — never rub.
— Avoid harsh chemicals or aggressive cleaning products.
— For difficult stains, we recommend contacting a professional cleaner.

For everyday stains, gently dab the area with lukewarm water and a mild soap solution, then absorb excess moisture using a dry microfiber cloth.
